Last Sunday the cast of Seussical the Musical stepped out onstage for the last time and once again delighted the audience with two hours of song and dance.
“The show sold out Friday with 693 tickets, and some of those tickets were not the best seats in the house,” musical director Elise Peterson said.
Saturday was close to being full, with 664 tickets sold, as was Sunday after selling 640 seats. Advanced tickets had been on sale since Oct. 26, but a few audience members came right before the performances and snagged a ticket for the balcony.
“The students worked really hard on this production and I was proud of how it all came together in the end,” Peterson said. “From these performances you can really see how much they love music and how much they love to perform.”
