Girls Basketball loses to Salina South

The girls basketball team suffered a disappointing loss to Salina South on Tuesday, losing 71-36.

Salina only led by one point at halftime but went on a 29-2 run in the third quarter to pull ahead.

The ladies were lead in points by sophomore Paige Lundsford with 11, followed by junior Lindsey Schmeidler with 10.

Schmeidler had 7 rebounds in the contest.

Their next game is against Garden City.
