Panthers surpass Lady Indians

The Lady Indians fell to a 49-32 loss against the Great Bend Panthers on Feb. 26 in Great Bend. Sophomore Paige Lunsford led the Indians with 12 points despite an injured leg in the first half.
In the second half of the ballgame, the Indians had a hard time keeping pace with the panthers and ended up not scoring in the last quarter until the five minute mark. Both teams are 2-6 in the WAC conference.
Next Lady Indian action is March 4 against McPherson.
