Tough day in Topeka no match for Indian golfers

Despite playing at the tough Topeka Country Club on April 26, the Indian golfers finished as the top 5A school, fourth overall in the tournament, and placed two golfers in the top 10.
The team shot a 342, 29 strokes behind winner Shawnee Mission East. The playing field was comprised of 24 teams and 200 individuals total.
Junior Trey Herman led the boys with a sixth-place 80, while junior Nick VonLintel was one storke behind him with an 81.
Other Indians competing were senior Kris Neuhauser, freshman Ryan Unruh, senior Carter Curtis and sophomore Corey Miller.
The boys next action is April 29 in Russel for junior varsity and April 30 in Hutchinson for varsity.
