Boys soccer defeated by Liberal

The boys soccer team was defeated 4-0 by Liberal on Thursday, Sept. 29.
Liberal put in three goals in the first half to take a commanding 3-0 lead.
Hays then stepped up in the second half only allowing one goal.
“We played much better in the second half,” senior Tanner Staab said. “We had a lot more energy.”
The next game for the boys is Tuesday, Oct. 4, as the team hosts Dodge City.
