The boys basketball team lost a close game to the Liberal Redskins on Feb. 13. The game was close start to finish, and the final score was 57-54. The Indians record is now 10-6.

Ending the first quarter with a one point lead, 17-16, the Indians were outscored by the Redskins over the next two periods to enter the final quarter down 37-34. Both teams scored 20 points in the last period, accounting for the final score.

Keith Dryden had 17 points on the board, followed by Isaiah Nunnery with 13. Brady Werth had nine points, Shane Berens had eight, and Drew Young had three. Cash Hobson and Maddux Winter both added two points.

The boys travel to Abilene to play on Feb. 17.
