Thirty-nine BPA students are currently preparing a variety of projects in anticipation of state competition on Feb. 18-20 in Wichita.
According to sponsors Jeanie Michaelis, BPA stands for the Business Professionals of America, a group that meets a couple times per year.
“Some of the projects the kids can do for state include global marketing, website design, website application, economic research, small business management, and presentation management,” Michaelis said.
Other projects for the community include Trick-Or-Treat So Others Can Eat and the Special Olympics.
Michaelis said the top two finishers in any of the projects will compete in Anaheim, Calif. in March for nationals.
