The Hays High DECA Chapter sent five delegates to the Kansas state Career Development Conference in early March. All five of these delegates placed 1^st in their particular event, qualifying them for the International Career Development Conference in Louisville, Kentucky. Seniors Ellie Kasra and Katie Dinkel took first place in the Public Relations division, senior Kelly Fross took first in the Franchising division, and juniors Lindsey Schmeidler and Stephanie Shoemaker took first in the Community service division.
