Select members of the school’s orchestra participated in the annual Western Kansas Orchestra Festival [WKOF] Nov. 17 and 18. Students auditioned for 1st chair in their respective sections. The group was separated into two orchestras. The results are as follows:

Orchestra A:

Alexandria Hagerman –  1st Chair Violin

Brendan Chapman –  2nd Chair Viola

Carl Rorstrom –  1st Chair Cello

Eric Adams – 2nd Chair Bass

Orchestra B:

Tom Drabkin – 1st Chair Violin

Alisara Arial – 2nd Chair Viola

Cami Moore – 1st Chair Bass

Each orchestra played three songs and practiced over 10 hours. Next year the event will be held in Hays.
