Miracle Minute is a time for students and parents to empty spare change from their pockets and donate it to the Ronald McDonald House Charities.

On Jan. 9, the DECA chapter will be collecting during the break between third and fourth quarters of the girl’s game and the first and second quarter of the boy’s game.

“We are playing Great Bend,” junior Kallie Leiker said. “We picked this game because many people show up to the basketball games against our ‘rivals.’”

The collection of money will be a collaboration with the families and friends from those supporting Great Bend. Those attending the game are asked to help out in any way.

“We are asking people to donate money during the girls and boys basketball games for the Ronald McDonald House Charities,” junior Brianna Forinash said. “We need people to donate because it is very important to raise money for the charities and every little bit counts for the Ronald McDonald Houses.
