Winning by 13 points was the Lady Indian basketball team against Dodge City. The score at the end of the game was 26-39.
In the first quarter, the ladies were only ahead by one point. The score at the end of the first was 6-7. At the half time the ladies started to make a gap putting the score 11-16.
Senior Paige Lunsford led the team in assists with seven. Juniors Taylor Herman and Katelyn Schumacher followed with three and one. Herman and Lunsford led the team in total points during the game with 10. Schumacher followed with seven.
In the third quarter, the ladies made seven more points than Dodge. The score at the end of the third was 14-26. The ladies made 13 points and Dodge made 12 during the fourth quarter. The next game will be played tonight at Liberal at 6:00 p.m.
