In the last week the boys basketball team went 0-2 losing at Dodge City and at Liberal.
Against Dodge City the team had the same amount as Dodge in every quarter except the first where they were outscored 18-4. Dodge won the game with a final score of 45-31.
The Liberal game was a four point game before the fourth quarter when Liberal outscored Hays 17-9 for a 52-40 win.
Sophomore Lane Clark led the team in points over the week averaging 8.5 points per game, while sophomore Kade Parker led the team in rebounding with 4.5 rebounds per game.
