The Student Council has chosen a theme for this year’s Homecoming dance. The group has decided on Haunted Homecoming. The dance will be held Oct. 14 in Gym B. STUCO President Trinity Callis said the reason the theme this year works is due to the date.

“If the Homecoming game wasn’t on Friday the 13th, it wouldn’t have worked,” Callis said. “I think we’re lucky to have ended up with a theme like this.”

Callis also said the dance experience would be better if more students were involved in STUCO.

“More help is always needed,” Callis said. “Especially with decorations. The more people helping, the better the dance is going to be.”

STUCO meetings are open to everyone and anyone wanting to join can fill out an application. Seminar announcements will broadcast when meetings are held.
