The boys basketball team had a hard time scoring in the game against Dodge City managing only 31 points in a 42-31 loss.
At the end of the first quarter the Indians trailed by just two as the score was 10-8, in favor of the Red Demons.
The Indians tied up the game going into the half with a 17-17 score.
Dodge started to take control in the third quarter with a 23-26 lead.
The Red Demons took full control in the fourth as they outscored the Indians 16-8, for the 42-31 final score.
Two Indians managed double-figures in sophomore Kade Parker with 11 and freshman Brady Werth with 10.
Junior Derek Bixenman was shut down having just three points.
The next game for the Indians is Friday, Feb. 24, at Great Bend.
